If you experience an issue.

Before doing any troubleshooting.

Make sure no other devices are connected.

Restart your phone or tablet being used to control the Nasty Ringz or Nasty Bezelz.

Try these steps.

  1. Restart the APP.
  2. Restart the phone.
  3. Try a different device.
  4. Re-install the APP.
  5. Check your ground and positive connection.

Update for Nasty Ringz  15-18 Clean surface with supplied cleaning pads. Shows to start the tape on both sides while in the bezel. Remove it slowly while keeping the ring in place. Apply outward pressure around inside of ring when done.
